Alice Chalifoux, the "Guru of Frou-Frou" lives her passion as the owner of Chacra Wellness and loves to share healing opportunities  in various ways every day! 

Alice has been a grandmother for many years (yes, she does look young! It's all the healing energy!) and was dubbed: Gaya when she became a grandmother.

Over the years she has learned that "out of the mouths of babes" sometimes comes our greatest truth! Loving all, like a grandmother, this Gaya is constantly growing her healing skills and looking for opportunities to share and encourage others.

Alice founded Chacra Wellness out of a passion to help people heal in all areas of human existence and experience regardless of personal challenges. Chacra Wellness was born with the intent to live and share her personal mission statement: My mission is to model healing through reclaiming the Divine spirit of acceptance, love & light.
