Tibetan Sound Bowl Meditation is a very relaxing and strengthening downtime, where stress symptoms can be reduced. The body and mind is experiencing a pleasant calmness. Through striking the bowls a sonic tapestry is created that brings body, mind & sp...irit in balance. The sound guides you into deep relaxation were blockades and tensions can be resolved gently – the body becomes a chance to activate its self healing ability.
We will go on a Journey with my Tibetan Singing Bowls and my special written Dream Journeys to give you a unique experience of tranquility!

Journey of Salt - Presentation (1 Hour)
We were fortunate to be able to go to the Khewra Salt Mine - which is the worlds 2nd largest salt mine, largest for Himalayan Salt mining.
We also were hosted by our Himalayan Salt supplier in Pakistan and were taken on a factory tour and met all of the local artisans and employees that work on our Himalayan Salt Products. ORGANIC HIMALAYAN LAMPS AND PRODUCTS are not nearly as common as we thought!
We were honored to be taken into their home, share their customs and traditions and learn about the reality of Himalayan Salt mining and exporting.
There were so many things we did not know, and would love to share our discoveries with any who are interested in qualities of salt, child labor practices, and of course seeing pictures and a presentation on THE JOURNEY OF HIMALAYAN LIVING ROCK SALT
